Specialties

  • This common mental disorder is characterized by persistent sadness and a lack of interest or pleasure in activities that were previously rewarding or enjoyable.

  • A mental illness which causes unusual shifts in your mood, energy, activity levels and concentration. It can make it difficult to carry out day-to-day tasks.

  • A feeling of fear, dread and uneasiness. It may cause you to sweat, feel restless and tense, and have a rapid heartbeat. It can be a reaction to stress.

  • A pattern of unwanted thoughts and fears (obsessions) that lead you to do repetitive behaviors (compulsions).

  • A psychiatric disorder that may occur when you have experienced or witnessed a traumatic event, series of events, or set of circumstances.

  • ADHD often begins in childhood and can persist into adulthood. It may contribute to low self-esteem, troubled relationships, and difficulty at school or work.

  • A non-medical term which describes people whose brains develop or work differently for some reason. This means the person has different strengths and struggles from people whose brains develop or work more typically.

  • This common sleep disorder can make it hard to fall asleep, hard to stay asleep, or cause you to wake up too early and not be able to get back to sleep.

  • Life stressors are various events, situations, or circumstances that can lead to feelings of pressure, tension, or emotional strain. Chronic exposure to high levels of stress can have detrimental effects on physical and mental health, underscoring the importance of seeking support, practicing self-care, and developing healthy coping strategies.

  • A sense of unease a person may have because of a mismatch between their biological sex and their gender identity. We stand in unwavering support of the LGBTQIA+ community and advocate for their rights, dignity and equal treatment in all aspects of life.

NOTE: We do not treat acute substance use/abuse or eating disorders
